• Preliminary Exam: The preliminary exam will be a Computer Based Test CBT of 100 questions. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. The questions will be of multiple choice type.

• Main Exam: The main exam will be a CBT of 200 questions. The duration of the exam will be 180 minutes. The questions will be of multiple choice type.

• Interview: The interview will be conducted to assess the candidate's communication skills, general awareness, and aptitude for the job.

• Basic Pay: INR 30,000/- per month

• HRA: 24% of Basic Pay

• DA: 17% of Basic Pay

• Medical Allowance: INR 10,000/- per year

• Transport Allowance: INR 5,000/- per year

• Leaves: 30 days per year

• Assistant Manager: After 2 years of service

• Manager: After 4 years of service

• Senior Manager: After 6 years of service

• Deputy General Manager: After 8 years of service

• General Manager: After 10 years of service
