The eligibility criteria for the IAF Recruitment 2023 are as follows:

• Age: 17 years 6 months to 21 years as on July 29, 2023.
• Educational Qualification: 10th pass with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• Physical standards: Candidates must meet the physical standards prescribed by the IAF.
• Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India.

Indian Air-Force Recruitment-2023 pay scale:-

The pay scale for Indian Air Force Agniveer recruitment 2023 is as follows:

1. Year 1: Rs. 30,000 per month
2. Year 2: Rs. 33,000 per month
3. Year 3: Rs. 36,500 per month
4. Year 4: Rs. 40,000 per month

In addition to the monthly salary, Agniveers will also receive the following benefits:

Rs. 11.71 lacks Seva Nidhi Package at the end of 4 years of service.

• Reimbursement of medical expenses
• Clothing allowance
• Travel allowance
• Leave benefits

The Seva Nidhi Package is a lump sum amount that will be given to Agniveers after 4 years of service. The amount will be equal to 30% of the monthly salary for the first 3 years of service, plus 30% of the monthly salary for the fourth year of service. The Government will also contribute an equal amount to the Seva Nidhi Package.

The Skill Gained Certificate will certify the skills that Agniveers have acquired during their service. This certificate will be useful for Agniveers who want to pursue a civilian career after their service.The medical expenses of Agniveers will be reimbursed by the Government. This includes the cost of hospitalization, treatment, and medicines.

Agnives will also receive a clothing allowance and a travel allowance. The clothing allowance will be used to purchase uniforms and other clothing items. The travel allowance will be used to cover the cost of travel to and from the place of duty. Agnives will be entitled to leave benefits, just like regular Air Force personnel. This includes sick leave, casual leave, and annual leave.
