JKSSB announces exam schedule for Junior Engineer (Civil) in PW (R&B) Department
Jammu, October 20, 2023: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced the examination schedule for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Public Works (Roads & Buildings) Department.
The written examination will be held on September 21, 2023. The admit cards for the exam will be released on September 15, 2023.
The exam will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours and will consist of 120 objective type questions carrying 1 mark each. The syllabus for the exam is available on the JKSSB website.
The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for an interview. The interview will be conducted for a duration of 20 minutes and will carry 50 marks.
The final selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the written examination and the interview.
The JKSSB has also announced that the vacancies for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) will be filled up on a 50:50 basis between the Jammu and Kashmir divisions.
